- Moving into the new energy by bringing your power back into your own core.
- Locate and use your old medicine, wisdom bundle and bring in your NEW medicine bundle.
- Access the heart energy by moving into Service, Openness, and Support.
- Open those three centers of Service, Support, and Openness.
- Receive your new upload.
- Move into a higher vibration.
- Releasing the tearing between the old world and the new world.
- Calibrate your ears to the new point of equilibrium.
- Move into the sweet heart energy.
